Born into a very musical family, Camille has found that music has always been her rock. She began singing at the age of 5, and with help, branched out to learn several other instruments beginning at the age of 12.
In her last two years of high school, Camille took part in a program called Focus Chanson et Musique, offered through NSM. This program allowed her to write original songs, have them recorded in Pebble Studios and perform shows in high schools of the French Catholic School Board. Courtesy of the coaching offered by some of the other NSM staff, Camille and her classmates were able to win second place in the 2016 Show Choir Canada Competition.
As a member of the NSM team since 2017, Camille has taught private lessons across a variety of instruments (piano, voice, guitar, ukulele). She has also been a coach for the NSM Band Program, where she has helped students explore their musical potential through group practices, performance coaching, and playing at live shows.
Camille admires music’s ability to bring people together, and she hopes to offer a safe space for her students to learn about music and themselves.
