Chris has been passionate about music since he was young. His musical journey started with vocal lessons right here at NSM! From there he also began taking piano lessons, and then expanded to guitar, bass, and ukulele.
Over the years, Chris has had experience both as a solo performer and as a member of several bands. His performances have featured a wide range of genres, including funk, jazz, rock, folk, pop, and more.
With knowledge across so many genres and instruments, Chris has a very flexible approach to his lessons to meet the needs of his students. He is also familiar with the Royal Conservatory of Music’s curriculum, for any of his piano students who may be interested in exploring RCM certifications.
